FAQS

When do I need a prescription for my order?

You will need a prescription from an authorised prescriber of Australia from the 1st of October 2021 for your orders containing Nicotine, such as 35mg/ml (3%) and 46mg/ml (5%) nicotine Pods. However, you don't need a prescription for orders of RELX device, 0% nicotine pods, and accessories.

How do I use it after I've got my prescription?

You can upload your prescription in your account page now. Log in here and upload your prescription. Your prescription will be auto attached to your order containing nicotine products. Please upload it again before it expires.

What if I place an order containing nicotine without a prescription?

Australia Border Force (ABF) may refer the import to the TGA, and the TGA will then contact you to ask for a copy of your prescription. If you do not provide a copy of your prescription, the TGA has right to request that the ABF to seize and forfeit (destroy) the goods.

Orders without a valid prescription may face a fine or seizure of the parcels.
