First of all, please check out whether it's condensate or e-liquid leakage:

It's very simple. Wipe it with a white tissue or finger: the condensate is dark brown liquid while the e-liquid is light yellow liquid.

How to dispose the condensate?

• Wipe the joint between the pod and the rod with tissue frequently.
• Gently swing the pod downward to throw out the accumulated condensate.
• Extreme temperature and air pressure: please separate the pod and the device and the pod should be stored in sealed package and away from other items.
• Bumping and damage: please be careful during use. If the pod is damaged due to improper use, please insert a new one for use.
